This programme equips participants with the theoretical, methodological, and practical skills needed to design, implement, and steer a high-performing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system within development or corporate projects and programmes.

Learning Objectives

Master the key concepts and vocabulary of M&E.

Develop a logical framework (logframe) and determine the results chain (inputs, outputs, outcomes, impacts).

Define relevant performance indicators (KPIs) and data-collection mechanisms.

Design an operational M&E plan.

Analyze data and write M&E reports that have real impact on decision-making.
