Madeleine Flore Tugoué is a public health and nutrition professional with over two decades of experience leading maternal, infant, and community nutrition programmes across both emergency and development settings. She serves as a Nutrition Officer with UNICEF in Bertoua, Cameroon, where she oversees the planning, coordination, monitoring, and financial execution of regional nutrition programmes.

Her expertise spans Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF), Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM), micronutrient supplementation, maternal and adolescent nutrition, and emergency nutrition response. Across her career with UNICEF and the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE), she has managed large-scale field operations in the East, Adamawa, and Far North regions, refugee response programmes including Minawao Camp, cash transfer schemes, and national nutrition policy formulation.

She holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Population Health and a Master's degree in Public Health from the Regional Institute of Public Health (University of Abomey-Calavi), alongside technical healthcare diplomas from the University of Lomé. She holds further credentials in Management and Leadership (Washington University), Dietetics (Paris), Community Health (Lille/Togo), Results-Based Management, and SMART surveys. She is a published researcher in maternal nutrition and works in French, with professional working proficiency in English.
